Technical Expertise
Our Engineering Department will guide you through the industrialization and development of new products: from the initial concept to production. Qualified technicians analyze each order, integrating Design for Manufacturing principles to optimize components. We apply advanced simulation and prediction systems to anticipate and resolve critical issues before they arise in production.
We start with an idea, a 2D drawing or a provisional 3D, on which we apply our know-how.

Precision Mold Construction, Ordinary and Extraordinary Maintenance
The synergy between our technical office and mold shop is one of the keys to our success. From design to mold construction, every phase is carried out in-house: we boast over 2,500 molds in stock and a comprehensive machine fleet, including erosion machines, CNC machining centers, and CAD/CAM workstations for toolpath programming.

In our two production plants, you will find our interconnected press fleet managed by a single MES (Manufacturing Execution System), which guarantees continuous monitoring of delivery times and punctuality.

Quality control
Metrology and Dimensional Control
At SABE, quality is an integral part of our production process. Each batch undergoes thorough checks using dedicated tools. Component validation includes checks accompanied by dimensional reports to ensure full compliance with customer specifications.

ASSEMBLY, TESTING AND OTHER PROCESSING
Value-Added Processing
The assembly department completes our integrated service offering. We assemble a wide range of finished products, including valves and complex pneumatic components, maintaining flexible production lines without relying on external suppliers.

Execution of test cycles using pressure drop (check league) and other ad hoc built equipment

SABE's logistics department is a tangible competitive advantage for our customers. With 3,000 m² of storage space, high-bay warehouses, and IT systems integrated with our customers' systems, we optimize warehouse flows and reduce lead times, adapting to the most modern logistics needs.
Our solutions:
Kanban: automatic replenishment of components based on actual consumption, to reduce inventories and ensure production continuity
Forecast and Delivery Plan: Production planning based on customer forecasts and delivery schedules
Warehouse Management System (WMS): digital warehouse management with real-time control of movements, inventory, and traceability.
Barcode identification: labeling of each package to ensure complete traceability, immediate identification and rapid and safe handling
