JUNIOR PERSONNEL ADMINISTRATION OFFICER

We are looking for a Junior Human Resources Administration position who is motivated to grow in a dynamic and structured environment.
We are looking for a precise, organized, and reliable individual with a strong sense of confidentiality when managing information and a natural ability to work independently, adhering to procedures and deadlines.
Main responsibilities
Support HR administration activities throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
Manage and update staff administrative documentation.
Prepare contracts, extensions, transformations and related administrative documentation.
Collect and verify attendance, absences, holidays and permits.
Collaborate with the labor consultant and the payroll office in preparatory activities for payroll processing.
Enter and update data in HR management systems.
Manage administrative communications with employees and relevant bodies.
Support the preparation of reports and the processing of key HR indicators.
Organize and manage staff training activities, scheduling courses, monitoring training deadlines, managing documentation, and updating related records, collaborating with training institutions and internal contacts.
Progressively contribute to the improvement and digitalization of the area's processes.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree, preferably in economics, law or humanities.
Interest in Personnel Administration and labor regulations.
Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package, especially Excel.
Good organizational and planning skills.
A willingness to learn and a desire to grow professionally.

The Gross Annual Salary (RAL) range for the position is between €26,000 and €27,500, to be determined based on the elements that emerge during the selection phase, always in compliance with objective and gender-neutral criteria pursuant to art. 5 paragraph 1 of Legislative Decree 96/2026
PRESS WORKER

The press operator is responsible for loading and unloading presses, performing machining operations on parts using equipment (drill presses, threading machines, etc.) and tools (cutters, pliers, etc.), monitoring production based on the instructions given by quality control, and packaging the finished product.
