Components designed for sterilization and disinfection
We co-design components for electromedical, diagnostic, and laboratory equipment, developing geometries and selecting materials suitable for disinfection and sterilization processes. The geometries are designed to facilitate cleaning, avoiding stagnation and contamination traps. For applications requiring it, we manufacture parts designed to withstand repeated steam autoclave sterilization cycles up to 135°C, maintaining their mechanical, dimensional, and aesthetic characteristics over time.
