    • Molded components with high performances (metal replacement), with a well-balanced quality/price ratio
    • Molds and equipment appropriately dimensioned according to the type of polymer and cycle planned for the product. 
  • Our molding process is not limited to “filling holes” but, on the contrary, we adopt a technical approach. For us the process begins with the pre-treatment of the raw materials in the dehumidifiers, followed by the molding and subsequent post-treatment of the components, all in compliance with the thermal and transformation conditions provided for every type of Polymer, so as to obtain satisfactory performance levels for the molded component. 
  • PUNCTUALITY in deliveries is, for us, a “MUST”, and forms part of our corporate culture. Punctuality and compliance with agreed timeframes are guaranteed both regarding the execution of molds and the delivery of molded pieces. For this reason, we have incorporated in our offer advanced storage solutions (Kanban, DPI, Forecasts, Delivery Plans) finalized to reduce Lead Time and organize the management of warehouse flows.

The Design Office offers you the know-how of its qualified Technicians who will follow you, step-by-step, in the design of individual components and entire assemblies. Our proactive approach, combined with modern simulation systems, allows us to analyze and resolve problems before they arise, further optimizing the processes for the production of plastic components.
The starting point is an idea, a 2D drawing or also a finished 3D model, on which we focus our know-how, offering you:

MOLDS WORKSHOP

The connection and synergy created between the technical office and the workshop is one of the keys to our success. The molds office takes the design leaving the technical office and sets about constructing the mold. Today we have over 2500 molds in force; we have electrical discharge machines and CNC work centers connected to CAD-CAM for the planning of tool programs. 
The presence of the Molds Workshop on site is strategic as it makes it possible to:
  • preserve a high level of internal construction know-how

  • reduce the delivery time for new molds

  • carry out programmed maintenance operations on the molds to keep them always efficient

  • intervene promptly on the molds in the event of unexpected events, ensuring compliance with agreed delivery times. 
The workshop’s know-how and experience allow us to make molds characterized by high-precisions couplings, reducing molding burrs also in the most difficult techno-polymers, avoiding expensive post-molding re-workings for our customers.
We look after the ordinary maintenance of your molds and we stock them without you having to incur any cost, freeing you from any worry or further management.

A constantly expanding machinery fleet, both in quantitative terms and in the range of tonnage, today numbers 36 horizontal injection presses , interconnected in two production plants by a unique Manufacturing Execution System (MES) , through which we monitor compliance with times and punctuality of the production department to ensure respect of the timeframes agreed with our customers. In this way we can offer you: 

 

  • A Press Fleet ranging from 6.2 to 650t for pieces ranging from 0.1 to 2000g 
  • Rapidity in mold changes and version changes
  • Use of over 290 different thermoplastic materials , from commodities to super-polymers, with various types of loads (glass, carbon, talc, PTFE, tungsten, coffee) setting us apart in the use of PARA, (IXEF®), PPA, PPS, PEI, PPSU, PEEK, besides the more widespread ABS, ASA, PCASA, PP, PA6, PA66, PA12, PC, PBT and POM
  • Over-molding plastic on plastic and plastic on metal 
  • ISO 9001-2015 quality certificate and UL Recognised Component 

 

With regards to production, we also use various accessory tools that allow us to maintain high quality standards. These include:

 

  • Dehumidifiers with which we carry out an appropriate pre-treatment of thermoplastic materials
  • Control units and temperature regulators for the control of specific processing temperatures 
  • Gravimetric dosing systems for the exact use of masters and additives 
  • Masks and equipment designed and built ad hoc for precision controls and assembly on the machine
  • Optical magnifiers and CNC optical meter

Logistics and advanced storage solutions allow our customers to optimize the inventory flows and reduce Lead Times. Following the evolution of modern logistics needs, we have revolutionized the warehousing department, making it become a point of strength.


3000 m2 of space are dedicated to storage. Vertical warehouses and advanced IT systems allow us to respond efficiently to modern warehouse management needs, such as Kanban, DPI, Forecasts, Delivery plans and Consignment Stock . In addition, our packages have labels with barcodes allowing for immediate identification and warehouse loading/unloading operations.
